Doctor Appointments

(6-23-09) Today we went and saw Dr. Brill. He checked me and no cervical change. Since he is so big and I’m so done we have a

scheduled Amnio at Summerlin Hospital at 8am. If Holland’s lungs are mature then we go back into Summerlin Hospital July 1 at 2:30am to start the induction. Daddy is nervous

but Mommy is SO excited.

(6-11-09) Our appointments wednesday went well. At the Ultrasound, the lady was completely out of her mind and just pissed Doug and I off, but we

got to see Holland, kinda, she did a terrible job and couldn’t seem to figure out what she was doing. He measured big of course, weight is 6 lbs 2 oz but since she did measure

his head correctly we are going with 6 1/2 lbs. Dr. Brill said he’s not looking too big at this point so everything is just on course right now. I still have a week until I am

off bedrest and the pills and after that they will not stop my labor. Unfortunatly Dr. Brill will be out of town for the next week and a half due to his father being very sick,

so lets keep him and his family in our prayers. I am still 70% efaced but not dilating. I am 35 weeks today, 5 weeks until my due date.

Our next appointment is June 23rd

at 2 pm, if Holland hasnt arived by then.

 

(6-6-09) Our next appointment is Wednesday, June 10. We go for another Ultrasound at 11:00am to measure how much i

weight at this time. Then mommy gets to see her ObGyn Dr. Brill at 2:50 to check to see if I’m making her dilate/thinning more.
